Cool Screensaver

Pros: No maintenance. You never have to worry about explaining "fish heaven" to the kids.
Cons: Runs a bit slow when it is in active desktop mode. The price is reasonable, slightly above what I would pay for a screen saver if I were to even purchase one.
I love aquariums especially with tropical fish as much as the next person but this application left a lot to be desired. I compare this to downloading a picture of the Mona Lisa to your desk top....

No catch!

Cons: Gets very boring after a while. Not nearly as exciting as the real thing which is saying something.

Pros: Visually satisfying. Cheaper than owning an actual aquarium. Doesn't take up house space, it fits into your monitor. It's just like a real aquarium

Pros: Excellent texture and lighting effects as well as realistic fish animations. Allows for active desktop capabilities. Allows you to configure some aspects such as fish types/number and background. Did I mention you can feed the fish?
