NGWave Review
Could have been better
You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Runs smooth, edits quick if you know how and plenty of options.
Audacity does the same job at about the same speed and not only looks very similar but is available for free.
Giving this program a once over, I toyed with a few things and wondered why I felt like I was comfortable with it. Then I realized that it looked and functioned much like a program I had been using for months called Audacity.
Looking at NGWave and then looking at Audacity at the same time, I could see the obvious differences between the two but I couldn't help but think I was just playing around in a copy of Audacity that had just had the colors redone.
The functions for amplification, tone controls and the usual gamut of a half million (or so it seems) different little touches you can add to the files work just fine. A little experience in knowing what you are doing would definitely be a plus as this does require some knowledge of how to manipulate music.
All in all, I would say it would be a better idea to just get Audacity for free and let it be your editor. It does exactly the same job as NGWave and you can spend that $27 elsewhere on better things.
