Review:
As my title says. This program indeed does what it specifies, but there are plenty of freeware out there that perform the same tasks... For free! I don't want to hate on Registry Mechanic, but it is the truth. Now on the other hand, if there is something you don't understand, a support team can assist you. Features such as these are not provided with freeware. Plus, you know that Registry Mechanic will do what is asked of it, while a freeware may do some unknown action. So really it is just a matter of spending time to find a freeware that does the same thing or spending 20+ bucks.

In conclusion, the choice comes down to spending time vs. spending money.
