entertaining, decent graphics, easy tutorial, automatic pausing, nice music, interesting theme
long loading, cheesy 3-d, difficult before you get the hang of it
Like all Youdagames games, this game took forever to load. I suggest opening the game and then leaving it to load while you go do something else. But once it loaded, I was greeted with relaxing music and a basic opening screen. The instructions and tutorial are simple and easy to use, and quickly allow you to become engaged in the game play.
Aside from the cheesy 3-d customers, the game has pretty good 2-d graphics. It is a basic serving game where you mix the ingredients and have to get them to your customers before they get impatient or angry. However, the Japanese elements and theme make it fun and interesting.
The game begins with a few recipes, a few customers, and then gradually becomes more complex. But once you get the hang of it it is very fun, and easy to get lost in it.
One nice thing about Youdagames games is that as soon as you click away from the page the game pauses. You are not likely to lose your place or lose your game.
This is a basic food-service game with a thematic twist that makes it unique. It is entertaining and engaging.
