Review:

After using sticky note software for a few days, you begin to wonder how you ever functioned before. Whether it's Mac or Windows Vista's built in software, or Tenebril Inc.'s Sticky Note utility, sticky notes will become a vital part of your daily computer toolbox.

After a quick and simple installation, Sticky Note sits in your system tray, ready to go. While the help given at the beginning is useful, it turns out to be unnecessary - every function you can think of is available, and usually in exactly the place you would think it would be. Creating, duplicating, and deleting notes is simple. Changing the look of the notes takes only a few clicks.

The only serious downside to Sticky Note is its graphics. When in 3D mode, the notes display in random angles tilted left and right, and with 3D mode turned off the notes look very mid-1990's (blocky and awkward). While this seems like a small issue at first, it becomes serious when you spend nearly all day looking at these notes. The newer your operating system is, the more out of place this software looks - Sticky Note sharply contrasted the sleek and elegant look of Windows Vista.

Sticky Note is a small and simple software, and thus has the upsides and downsides of such programs. It's easy to use, with no unnecessary tools, but looks kind of cheap. For good looks you might want to check out programs closer to the ones that come with Mac and Windows. Otherwise, this is a great tool for you!

Conclusion:

A great product if you're looking for a Sticky Note software that closely mimics real sticky notes.
