You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
The musical score sounds well-done, if not inspiring. Graphics are cartoony but clean.
Cons:
Initial levels are based on boring point-and-click mechanics. Music and voices gets repetitive, fast. In-game instructions are unclear.
Review:

Do you like clicking? Collecting various doo-dads in a repetitive quest to progress through a game? Do you like being yelled at by digital fisherman? If not, avoid "Youda Fisherman."

The game places you in the shoes of "Leo," a scientists taking to the seas to become a successful fisherman. Along the way, you and Leo will click ships requesting oil, click crates to collect fish, and click other things to bu other things so that you can click on them some more.

Not a relaxing game, unless you enjoy clicking and building up stockpiles of items. By using oil (collected by clicking) you can command ships to fish (by clicking) and sell the fish (by clicking again). By accomplishing tasks such as collecting a certain number of fish or amassing a predetermined amount of supplies such as lumber, you complete "levels" to progress in the game.

After level two, I wondered "why am I doing this?" Obscure hints basically lead you (and your clicking mouse) through the motions of game play. After awhile, however, I realized that the game doesn't offer much outside of item collection and the promise of easy winnings through pointing and clicking.

Avoid "Youda Fisherman." Waste your time playing something fun instead.

Conclusion:

Boring mechanics and so-so graphics, coupled with poor design, make this a pass. Not worth the time. Better, more interesting flash games available for free.
