Alien Shooter Review
A relatively fun 2-D shooter.
You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Kickass music, Great weapons, Fast-paced
Repetitive gameplay, Gets boring after a while
Alien Shooter gives a voice to our inner alien-murdering Rambo. I mean, let's face it, who doesn't want to kill some pesky aliens after what they did to us in "Mars Attacks"?
Alien Shooter is a fun two-dimensional shooter, and as much as a buyer shouldn't expect an exhilarating audio/visual experience from a $17.95 price tag, the game provides a pleasing alien-hunting spree for less than $20. You start the game with two pistols, and can also upgrade your weapons/abilities to better survive the vicious hordes of extraterrestrial beasts.
The game has a high fun factor, and helps a lot after a hard day at work. However, the action gets repetitive after a while, and you probably won't sit through all of the stages. I actually took the time to finish the game, and it wasn't THAT bad, to be perfectly honest.
I'd recommend it as a time-killer. It gets better when you upgrade your weaponry.
