Alien Shooter Review
An old genre revisited.

Simple, effective, and addictive gameplay.
Tired genre and aging graphics may dimish this title's appeal to some.
In gaming history, we've seen alot of titles that pit you, the hero, against a horde of vicious aliens. This title is certainly no exception, but despite using slightly dated graphics and a very simplistic gameplay ideal, it manages to deliver a solid, well rounded, and actually downright fun alien-shootin' minigun-totin' experience.
Gameplay is very simple. Choose a character, each one having their own pros and cons, buy some weapons, and be hurled into the depths of an alien infested compound. Movement is achieved with the arrow keys, and shooting is a matter of point-and-click.
The sounds aren't up to the quality that some bigger name titles possess, but they get the job done and certainly drew this reviewer into the experience.
For a budget action title, this one is certainly worth adding to your collection.
