Pros:
Good to carry your files protected in a pendrive. Noone can access inside the file to see what is there if don't know the password.

Cons:
File size (you can't resize the virtual drive and if you make a 50mb one and only use 10mb, you've lose 40mb in freespace). Anybody can erase the file.

Review:
It creates a file with the size you want (f.e. 50mb) and mountes it as a drive (like a disk). This file is encripted and could be hidden (you can see it if you allow to view operating files in the windows explorer).
The most important thing for me is that you can carry it with your pendrive everywhere you want, in order to have your files protected.
I must said that it could be dangerous if you take your pendrive off when the computer is writing on it, because the file might be corrupted after that and you could have lost all your personal information (the files on the virtual drive, that file).
Conclusion:
I think there are many other programs better for computer. It's a good option for pendrive (it's vs Folder Lock).
