Say The Time 2006 Review

Did you ever have one of those watches that you could press a button on, and it would read the time out loud to you? If you didn't, I assure you, the novelty quickly wore off.

And that's all "Say the Time" is - a useless gimmick. Who needs the time read aloud to them when all you have to do is quickly glance at the bottom-right corner of your screen? It's much faster and much less bother just to read it out loud yourself, although you might look strange if you do.

So what if it has organisational features? I mean, who needs a stopwatch on their desktop? Or a countdown clock? What are you counting down to, Armageddon?

And the calendar feature, I mean c'mon! The Windows clock already has a calendar. The only difference is that it isn't bright yellow, and that's hardly a reason to get this software.

For 21 dollars i'd rather hire someone for the day to sit next to the computer and periodically shout the time at me. I'm sure it would be much more effective, both economically and chronologically.
