WinAvi Video Converter Review

Well, let me just say that this is the best program for converting .avi, mpeg, etc to DVD that there is out there. There are many other programs that claim to convert that .avi files into the lovely DVD format with ease and great quality.

Well let me just say, that this is most certainly not true. I have tried many, many programs attempting to complete what i thought was a simple conversion. I thought, "there must be A LOT of people who want to do this sort of conversion everyday and there must be a lot of programs that can do this." Well, oh boy, was i wrong. One program would give me horrible quality, the other wouldn't even play in my DVD player, they were mostly completely useless. But then, I stumbled onto WinAVI. When I looked at the screen shot I knew immediately that I had found what I was looking for.

I downloaded it and waited patiently for the download to finish. I installed it and loaded it up. Loaded my .avi file into it, clicked convert. BOOM, 25 minutes later I had a beautiful folder on my desktop called TS_Video. I burned this to disk and what do you know, it work perfectly (Except it had a watermark because it was a trial version). My struggle for a working program was over and I could convert to DVD with ease.
