Spyware Doctor is seriously one of the best programs I've come across in a long time. It scans heaps of registry files, documents, games and cookies. It can find any type of virus, malware or spyware and doesn't take up maximum computer CPU power.
The program itself is a huge system which protects against everything including: Pop-ups, exploits, keyloggers and site guards. You can schedule scans, assess networks (which all free scanners cannot), it can startup with windows and has a top of the line immunization system.
This program has an integrated update network, which is great for on the spot updates straight from their servers.
The best thing about Spyware Doctor is that it's easy to use, damn effective and you can choose your scanning length. If you've got all day to scan, choose the full system scan option, if you only have 10 minutes do a smart scan. And if you can't decide, just choose custom scan and it will choose the best scan for your system, easy as pie!
The only think I would reccommend is that you have a 2 Ghz system or above because it can lag things up sometime, especially with it's awesome real-time protection!
