iPodSync Review
Easy to use program with nice features
You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Graphically pleasing interface, small and not intrusive
Doesn't, and never will, ever replace the utility of a Palm Pilot or Pocket PC.
Just like any organizer or PDA allows you to synchronize your outlook contacts as well as your calendar, iPodsync allows you to do the same, only using your iPod. This is a nice feature to add to your iPod, although on newer iPods functions such as the calendar already exists, the notes, email, and tasks feature are the more distinct features added. it was nice being able to have a list of what I wanted to do to remind me throughout my day what need to be done, although it would definitely be appreciated if there was some how a better way to input new tasks or appointments on your iPod without plugging it into a computer.
The interface on Windows itself was simple, with a single row bar with icons representing contacts, calendar, notes, email, web, and files, as well as advanced settings that allows you to eject your iPod immediately as it is done synchronizing. Some of the web features include downloading news reports from sources such as Yahoo and MSNBC.
Worth getting if you are just looking to add a little functionality to your iPod and not expecting to turn it into a full fledged PDA as well.
