Pros:
The program is very simple, easy to use and serves the purpose. Nutritional facts were mentioned, the search utility in the Program is easy to use, the program maintains and tracks the inventory of your grocery/pantry etc in the house.
Cons:
The program is mundane and lacks visual aids. The program would have inspired people to use and rely on it more had the developers associated colors and photographs of the ingredients and cooked products.
Review:

The program is very flexible, it gives you the opportunity to add your recipe to Software's recipe database, you could publish the recipe and share it with your near and dear ones. You could edit the existing recipes; import the recipes from online in different formats.

The help line is good and exhaustive, I like calendar feature as this helps you develop a customized menu for the week. However the features are not obvious for an inexperienced computer software user.

The program has many little features that an ordinary cook wouldn't even think off, it lets the ordinary Joe think more on categorizing the ingredients and the recipes and maintains the inventory.

this software would be a major hit, had they web enabled it, in the sense if the program is online and the users have to just login and should be able to see the recipes, ingredients, nutritional facts, inventory and whole nine yards.

I would suggest they build e-groups into this so that chefs could exchange their recipes post the recipes to other groups and interested subscribers.

Conclusion:

If you run a restaurant/fast food joint, I would suggest you have this program, its very educational and easy to edit, publish and print the recipes and the inventory of your kitchen.
