EditPlus has to be seen as, while not an innovation, certainly as a great labour saving device for coders who's work covers the gamut of computer languages. While initially confronting, the range of codes that this program supports is astounding - which almost justifies its clunky and complex user interface.
this small investment is certainly worth its weight in gold. One you get used to how it operates, it easily streamlines jobs, and the auto-complete feature is a miracle when a deadlines approaching and you're racking your brain for that last line of code.
The reason I ended up purchasing EditPlus was so I could work on multiple projects in the one environment, saving me from having to familiarise myself with pile of different programs, each with their own idiosyncracies and feel.
