Typing Master Express, I feel, is 100% helpful to adults who need a bit of help with their Touch Typing. This program would be more helpful to teens and younger children if it provided more pictures and graphics to go along with the wordy descriptions about the basics of typing and posture.
However, a self-motivated teen or supervised child, will also see the benefits of this program will very much improve his or her speed and accuracy of Touch Typing. The program offers three skills levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced to help you reach your personalized goals. Each lesson begins with the basics: finding keys on the keyboard and practicing those specific keys (usually 5-10 at one time) until desired accuracy and speed are reached.
From these basic steps comes word groupings, then sentences and finally paragraphs. After completing each level, you are given a results page and from there you may go back and review those keys that gave you the most problems. Kids can even print their scores out directly from results screen.
