PDFCamp Review
Good price for your money PDF-creation software
You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Easy to install. Easy to use. The program is fast.
Links not supported. Landscape or portrait not automatically detected.
The Installation:
I find the installatio relatively-easy.
The Use:
The advetisement is correct --- it is easy to use. All you need to do is open your document (be it word, powerpoint, excel or a message in outlook), click on the print menu, select PDFCamp as the printer, wait a few secnds and presto! You got a shiny new PDF document.
I am just an average user of PDF-creation softwares so I have just a few requirements. I just need a software that can convert my day-to-day doc files into PDF --- that's it!
I did find a few problems:
1.) Hyperlinks don't work.
2.) Landscape and Portrait pages are not automatically-detected. I was printing my powerpoint file which is in landscape and when the pdf got produced, the letters and images were off the margins! I can live with this second defect, though.
The Price:
A real value-for-money if you ask me. There are software out there that are probably ten times more expensive yet does the same thing.
For someone who's only need is to convert day-to-day documents into pdf format, this software is for you. It's got the right features for the right price.
