Ever feel like doing something simple and given a task that is harder than you imagined. This software is such a pain to use.
Being able to convert a DVD file to an ipod mp4 file easily is such a piece of false advertisement. This piece of software is great for people that know what different file types are named and how they can be used. But if your not such a computer friendly person and think this softwares going to save your problems, your very wrong.
This program doesn't open up with a tutorial, but with an open screen that has a variety of different tabs that have you trying to guess which one converts a DVDto mp4 file type.
This program would be great if it showed you what to do from the get go, but because there is such a lack of instruction, it becomes a waste of money. I also hate the gui as it becomes obnoxious. there are better free alternatives
