Weave Words Review

After downloading Weave Words, I meant to play it once to get an idea of how it plays. I found myself still playing 10 minutes later, completely drawn into the game.

This game is very simple. All it is is Boggle and hangman put together. Just like with the popular board game boggle, you are given a random tile board of letters. You must find words on the board that are made up of contiguous letters. Every time you find one word, you gain a certain amount of points. You then must pick one letter in the word that would fit it the blank spaces above the board. If you guess wrong, you lose one of five lives. By the end of the game, the goal is to have guessed the mystery word above.

Throughout the game there are double and triple score letters, as well as letters that replenish your lives. The tiles reset when you pick a word, so there's always a challenge.

Weave Words is definitely worth its price of 17.99. This addictive game will continue to entertain you for as long as you play it. The only bad things I find about it is it can be too addicting and the music gradually gets a little annoying.
