The reliability issue stands as the need for a stand alone all-in-one product must offer its users as well as a reliable 24/7 technical assistance when necessary. The cost issue is mainly aimed at the marketing aspect of the product. The product cost may need to undertake a bit of evaluation or a need to add a few tweaks to it; a service package if necessary. A service package may include instanced tests, technical tutorials, back-up systems etc. that may entice more buyers.
