You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
The interface is quite good considering that it is simple and functional. Gets the job done and blends in with most MS OS to date fairly well.
Cons:
Does not really go well with MS Vista. The interface needs a make-over. As I have previously mentioned, a service package option may be the answer.
Review:

I have compared a handful of "registry fixing" software lately and it seems that you need a couple to run things smoothly and more efficiently. This means that you have to have two registry aids in order to check and double check the other and vice versa. You have to keep up with the numerous amounts of registry keys that are going to be jumbled about by the unsuspecting common desktop user. However, there are certain highlights that I would like to key in on. These are: a) The Interface, b) The Reliability, and c) The Cost. The interface needs a bit of remodelling since you need to capture a more visually-inclined buyer market. The reliability issue stands as the need for a stand alone all-in-one product must offer its users as well as a reliable 24/7 technical assistance when necessary. The cost issue is mainly aimed at the marketing aspect of the product. The product cost may need to undertake a bit of evaluation or a need to add a few tweaks to it; a service package if necessary. A service package may include instanced tests, technical tutorials, back-up systems etc. that may entice more buyers.

Conclusion:

Good product to go along with a sub-app for the same purpose. Needs to get a service pack to justify its price and add a few tweaks to complement the reliability of the product.
