Spyware Doctor Review

SpywareDoctor as you may have guess is a Spyware removal utility and blocker. Today it is nearly impossible to surf the web without encountering some sort of Ad/Spyware, which if you didn't know can SEVERELY reduce system performance and its ability to function.

Being some what oblivious to the threats of such malware I surfed the internet for nearly a year on my new PC without any protection of the sort.

I slowly began to feel my system was bogging down. Websites began to load very slow or not at all. Doing anything on my system began to be near impossible. I would get pop ups out of nowhere, even when not even surfing the net. I finally got to the point where it became ridiculous and knew my system wasn't merely slowing down.

I did a little bit of research and discovered spyware and other sorts of mischievous software may be the source of my problems. I immediately purchased a copy of SpywareDoctor on recommendation from a friend. After one scan (which took quite a while) I immediately noticed a GIGANTIC difference in performance. It was a miracle.

I never remembered my computer running so fast before. Websites would load, applications would run, my computer was once again a computer and not an oversized paper weight! I was suprised by PC Tools dedication to update the software quite oftenly. Protecting me from even the most recent additions to the plague of spyware on the web. However I will note that scanning your computer takes quite some time.

But this applies to all spyware/adware scanners and removers, not just SpywareDoctor. The interface is fairly simple and easy to use, but I will admit I felt a bit "lost" at first. However the learning curve is very short if any at all.
