StickyNote Review
Stick with Something Cheaper
You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
- -Visually appealing
- -Some useful feature such as the alarm and expiration
- -WAY too expensive
- -Many free alternatives
So you happen to have a spare twenty bucks. You're also quite forgetful. You notice this program. So you wonder: "should I buy it?"
The answer is NO. Although somewhat visually appealing, it is simply not worth the cash. Why bother with this over-expensive program when you could get alternatives for free.
Yes, it does include a rather effective alarm, and the expiration feature is kind of useful, too. But why dish out almost $20.00 when you could get a free alarm and other sticky note apps for free?
Also, the 3-D version of the notes is way too big and not re-sizable; too many notes would clutter your desktop, while the re-sizable 2-D version is just plain ugly.
Overall it's an easy to use program that does what it should; but only get this if:
- -You want to save paper (although there are alternatives
-REALLY want the alarm
Overall, this product functions as it should: easy to use sticky notes with some decent features and it could save you a buck or two if you use it instead of paper. However, for the price, it's not worth it; there are cheaper and even free alternatives.
