Review:

I already have a defrag app on my computer, and it was included with Windows. Heck, it's included with every copy of Windows XP sold, and has been in the Windows/DOS family since 1993!

To defrag your hard drive is defined by Wikipedia as:

The purpose of Disk defragmenting is to optimize the time it takes to read and write files to/from the disk by minimizing head travel time and maximizing the transfer rate.

Right. Sounds like a bunch of mumbo jumbo to me.

That's why I let Windows take care of it on its own. I open up the disk defragmenter and press "go", and it starts. With this app, there are towo many customization options. I just want a "go" button, and that's it. Other users may value these advanced features, but I find no purpose or justification for their inclusion.

It is, however, a beautiful app. Various blocks of color on a grid display information bits about your computer's hard drive. I feel like that they included this feature, though, just to be fancy. Does it serve a purpose?

Conclusion:

In all, if you're looking for some more advanced features than the usual Windows offering in the way of disk defragmentation, this app may be worth your money. Otherwise, use the included Windows app or go looking for a freeware alternative.
