Review:
A throwback to the PC vertical scrolling, spaceship/fighter-jet shooters of the early 1990s, Xeno Assault II offers expanded graphics and a variety of weapons for blasting your foes into oblivion, but it just doesn't get the job done in the originality factor. Chances are you've played a game almost exactly like this before, and that doesn't even have to include Xeno I. Without any new additions and mechanics to augment it, Xeno II is just another name on a long list of games under a dying genre.
Conclusion:
Unless you're a die-hard fan of the genre and have beat pretty much every other similar game on the market, there's not much reason to pick this one up, let alone for almost 20 bucks.
