Puzzle Express Review

You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
The object of the game is fun. A lot of levels to choose from. Add your own photos.
It stressed me out. The interface is somewhat lame, childish.
Before playing Puzzle Express, I thought it was going to be something along the lines of Tetris. It is, only in a very peculiar way compared to the original game. Instead of using the arrow keys to maneuver the pieces, you must click on them, then click the space you want to place them. Right before I played this game, I was playing Tetris online and the change of style and mechanics really through me off and I didn't like it at all. The idea of the game is simple and fun however. You fill up the space provided and reveal more of the hidden picture until you complete it, moving on to the next level. I did like the level choices the HipSoft offered in this game. If it ever caught on with you, you could play it every day for hours. That is definitely a plus; however, that was not my case. I'm old school. I like the even simpler idea of building up, to break it down in Tetris too much to ever migrate over to the Puzzle Express. It's a fun little game if you can get into adding your own pictures and have a nag to own the high score. But in reality, paying $18 for a game like this isn't worth the dollar. I would be willing to bet anyone considering buying this software, isn't much of a gamer, and would be wasting $18. If you have money that is that expendable, then go for it, but I would be paying the money to remove the space off my hard-drive before I paid to play a Tetris mock-up.
