You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Very unique and the concept really did have potential. Props to the designers for trying something new.
Cons:
Just about everything else. The Porno Tetris remix, the frustrating gameplay and the rainbow of vomit interface. WHERE THE HELL IS THE EXIT BUTTON?!
Review:

The first thing that immediately caught my attention was
the background music right when the game started. It
sounded like a metronome on repeat and already sounded
like I had 10 seconds left to finish the game or else a
boot would appear from under my table and kick me in the
groin.

Luckily, I noticed the music note button to the left of
the screen which surely meant I could click on it and
the mute function would work it's magic right? Wrong.
After desperately clicking it a few times to deter that
impending kick in the groin, it did nothing but instead
lead me to the next song which reminded me a bit of a
mix between Tetris music and background music to 70's
pornography, kind of like if the composer for Tetris
games suddenly decided to shift careers towards cheap
budget pornos.

After pointing the gun away from my own forehead and
remembering I had a mute button on my desktop I began to
try out the game, already plenty excited by the
potentials of this game.
Admittedly the game had an interesting concept at first
and did strike me as having a lot of potential in the
simple design but highly addictive sector. Wrong again.
The excessively cheap interface makes it look like
something I once vomitted onto MS Paint with the
difference being that I didn't try to sell it for
$17.95. The gameplay itself was tedious once you figured out how the mechanics worked (In about a few minutes) and the rest becomes just a frustrating experience.

I would highly recommend this game to people contemplating suicide to give them that extra push. If the music didn't do it, the frustrations of the actual game mechanics will definitely do the trick. The best part is, there is no easy EXIT button located on the interface making suicide the only way out...

Conclusion:

I would highly recommend this game to people contemplating suicide to give them that extra push. If the music didn't do it, the frustrations of the actual game mechanics will definitely do the trick.
