Easy to use, nice design and the Help menu indeed is helpful and contains a lot of info.
I didn't like the wizard. It seemed easyer to work without it.
Good things:
1. The wizard poping up after you first installed the program
2.If you close the wizard the menu is more generous.It seemed easyer to work without the wizard.It should be the other way around.
3.Nice menu, easy to work with.And refering at the capacity of retrieving deleted and lost files, i would say it has a medium capability. I mean i've seen better
Bad things :
1.The wizard that pops up at the begining it indeed guides you through the process, but all the people that installed this program know too much about what this program does??I mean it says that you should select the drive and etc,but in my opinion in the wizard there should be some text explaining the procces and more details, like for dummyes.
2.when i first clicked (in the wizard menu) on "select drive" none of my logical drives apeared, i had to play with the buttons and i finally found my logical drives.Not an easy thing to do for a person who didn't used a similar software before.
An average software, easy to use with a medium capacity of recovering files.I've seen better.
