This product is very useful to the people who do have typing problems and those who are still learning and enhancing their skills in typing. As a matter of fact, the school where I attended high school and even college used this software to train us how to type effectively. We, as students, did not have a hard time figuring out how this product works because it is very "user-friendly". All buttons are self-explanatory as to what will happen if you click it.
Moreover, if you are tired of doing the course/lessons, you can switch to play mode wherein you are given 3 game styles. Which I really find very appropriate for children.
Lastly, I liked the certificate concept after finishing the course. It will really make you feel that you have accomplished something. The certificate will motivate you more to become an effective typist.
