You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Easy EQ and Sound effects module, MP3 encoder was stable, familiar outlook. Plenty of tools and options that you can shake a stick at plus enough grunt to get beginners excited and go 4 by 4 crazy (which means burning hours and not know it!).
Cons:
As I ran the program I noticed immediately that the cosmetics didn’t follow the traditional subtle look that semi pro/pro packages are dressed which made the whole experience feel a little childish and chaotic! Sticky processing which shouldn't be an issue for the 64bit version (i would think).
Review:

Let me begin by saying that I have not used many music creation software’s, I had no real expectation but by looking at the price I couldn’t help but assume that I was gonna get what I paid for! So let’s see…
I proceeded to probe the options and my first stop was to hunt for the important functions to enable me to get rolling with a simple track. I enjoyed my many (and I mean many) hours of fooling around to eventually record a track. During that time I encountered difficulties with modulating my sounds (package lacked the power, I’m sure this is not a problem on the 64bit version).
As a beginner, I felt that this was more than enough for me and did not have a need for the variety of tools available (you will find options/functions hiding in many places so can be a little confusing at first). As I use this program I am certain that I would be in a position to upgrade to the more powerful programs like Ableton, pro tools, Reason etc but this was well worth the time over the more expensive ones. I felt that the days I spent playing with this was well worth it and was excited to get back on to it (rather than be on facebook) and have fun…

Conclusion:

It’s well worth the investment for that price and you will get your monies worth as a beginner/entry level musician going electronic – n-Track will grow and will get the balance right so it’s best to get in early before they get it really right and the price reflects its possibilities. By the way, don’t blame me (or n-track studio) if you cannot produce a hit but I’m sure you will enjoy the experience of creating it. StephenJnr
