Xilisoft DVD To PSP Suite Review
Good? Yes. Worth the price? Not really.
You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
It gets the job done. Cheaper than other paid software.
Nothing spectacular Not worth the price
Being a hardcore gamer who brings his PSP everywhere with an 8 GB MS Pro Duo, my PSP is now filled with two things: music and videos. The PSP can handle most common music files such as MP3 files and AAC files, however, when it comes to videos, the PSP can only MP4 format, which create the need for video converters to for people to either rip their DVDs or convert their various video files.
Now, we have Xilisoft, a pretty well known website that sells various of media converters, with this PSP suite made for just the PSP. For most people, that's all they need, but remember, this costs about $40. You can get the right freeware to do the exact same job. If you Google "PSP video converters", you will find quite a lot. In fact if you Google "free video converters", you will find products of equal and ever superior quality.
So what makes this stand Xilisoft stand out above the rest? Nothing. It's video converting speeds are average, RAM consumption higher than the norm, and the interface is no more simpler than other converting software.
Being an actual company, the help and support would definitely be at least decent, but freeware possess the vast majority of help in the support forums.
Now, this isn't a BAD software, just not worth the price.
You are better off getting freeware and saving $40. Go to Google now.
