StickyNote Review
Sticky Notes beats Post-Its hand Down
You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Good for Notes, Events/Reminders/Alarms; Can have attachments; Can be sent out; Fun to use.
Has licensing cost
I am an avid user of the free version of 3M's PostIt Notes (the electronic version and the real paper ones).
3M's PostIt software comes short in a lot of ways compared to Sticky Notes :
1. 3M post-it notes are opaque and tend to cover waht is behind them. Sticky Notes are translucent and it at least gives me a slight view of what they are covering.
2. 3M Post Its are strictly for notes, nothing more. Sticky notes can have events, reminders and alarms.
3. 3M Post Its can't have attachments. Sticky Notes can. That's neat when I have to pull up a file for a meeting (for which an alram was trigerred by Sticky Notes).
4. 3M Post Its can't be sent out. I can send sticky notes out via the Internet.
5. 3M Post Its are a bit boring. Sticky Notes are more fun because you can have different colors, rotate them, make them 3D, etc.
This is a great product ... More so if it were free like 3M's.
It's 100 times better than 3M's Post-Its.
