Registry First Aid Review
Not much bang for your buck...
You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
-Effective -Fast registery scan
-Way too expensive when you can get the same as freeware -Evaluation version too limited
With all the registry cleaning software out there (some of it free of charge), one might wonder if it would be worth spending 30 dollars for this one. Allow me to answer some questions that might come to mind and let you make your decision.
How effective is it? It’s effective, there’s no doubt about it. I’m not one to take real good care of my laptop so thousands of errors were found during the scan. The actual scan was also thankfully very fast, a matter of minutes.
A big letdown for me was the limitation of the software. I understand that developers want people to purchase their product instead of sticking to the free version but still. The evaluation version allowed me to fix a total of 18 errors, which really isn’t doing much. Unfortunately I would think twice before purchasing a product such as this one because the free version just doesn’t do anything convincing enough for me to consider buying the full version.
To be quite frank, however, with all the free software out there that does exactly the same thing as “Registry First Aid”, I really see no point in spending that much money for this.
Stick to the freeware as not only does it do the same thing as the pricey version but you’ll also won’t have to deal with mind numbing limitations.
Considering you can get the exact same result completely free by downloading freeware, I would pass on this one.
