You start out simple with certain keys, then eventually move up to the entire keyboard and number pad if you want. An animated image of hands on a virtual keyboard shows you where to place your hands.
There are typing tests with interesting stories that are timed. Once finished, it returns an average speed and accuracy that is useful for tracking your improvement.
