You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Fast and smooth gameplay, doesn't wear on your nerves or give you too much to take it at once.
Cons:
After you play through the courses a few times, you end up getting bored pretty quickly.
Review:

Alright, let's be frank... there are about a hundred and forty games you could go buy at any Gamestop, Wal-Mart, etc. that probably cost less (used, anyway) and are just as fun as a bowling game, but sometimes all you want is to keep it simple, you know? For example, Galaga is still really fun after all these years, right? That's because it's got two things going for it: it's simple and it's fun. It's the same thing with Gutterball 2; sure, it might not have a new idea, but what it DOES have, it presents well.

Graphically, I'm not really sure what to say... I mean how good can you make an empty alley with a few pins look? Sure the reflection on the floor is pretty cool, but there aren't any major ground-breaking advances here. The gameplay was what got me; sure I sucked the first few rounds (but really, who doesn't?), but when I got my first strike after a couple of faulty attempts, I just wanted to get another, and another. It became one of those situations where you look up at the clock and say "oh **** it's been 2 hours already?!" soon enough.

What I liked best, though, was the speed of the game. Normally when you play a sports game, after you make a goal, score against an opponent, or, in this case, knock over a couple of pins, the game draws out the process of play way more than it should be. After you rack up a couple of points, you have to go to a screen to see your current score, your opponent's score, your trophies, replays of the shot... it just gets agonizing to watch eventually. Gutterball doesn't do that (as much), though. It's bowl 1, bowl 2, bowl 3, and so on 'till the end, which, personally, kept me far more into the game than pounding my score into my brain every five minutes.

Overall, I liked it. I'd probably spend... I'd say $15 dollars on Gutterball 2, so the extra three bucks really doesn't matter too much, it's close enough. It's fast, it's simple, and it stimulates your eyes and fingers far more than your brain, as it should. (After all, isn't that what video games are all about?)

Conclusion:

Definitely worth a look-see if you're willing to kill a little bit of time, though if you're like me you'd probably rather be playing Unreal Tournament or something along those lines. (though this also requires a bigger budget)
