Gutterball 2 Review
Great game, but wish there was more content
You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Great graphics,Great Music, Simple Controls, Addictive
Needs more content, Price is somewhat steep, Commentators can get annoying
GutterBall 2 is, in my opinion, one of if not the best bowling games in recent history. It has everything in it to keep you interested. The music is great, the graphics are great and the game play is nice and simple. You pull back the mouse to determine the intensity of the roll and once released you control the direction with the mouse. I found myself quickly addicted to the game. Just the music from the selection screen option of the Wacky Alley made me absolutely need to score 200 in order to unlock that level. However, after I unlocked that level, I found that there was really not much more to the game.
Keep in mind, I think simplicity in these kind of video games is great. I think that simplic9ty is great when you need a time waster for work or any other situation where you'd need something to kill time. It's just that at 20 dollars, it needs a lot more content. I really wanted to see what other things that the developers could have come up with or possibly what other sounds could have been with what other nicely designed levels and I was severely let down.
Gutterball 2 is a great game with great concepts, but only good value. It needs a lot more content to justify the 20 dollar price point. If it had, say, 5 more levels and various challenges or unlockables, I'd suggest everyone buy it. However, this game lacks too much content for me to suggest a buy.
