amazing graphics, realistic game play, variety of weapons, expanded game world, lots of vehicles
gets laggy sometimes, is a heavy game for most computers, the slow walking gets annoying, the switching of weapons is too slow.
The GTA series has been popular, a new game has been released recently along with expansions called GTA IV. I was on a quest to find out if it would live up to the hype.
The first thing I noticed when i switched on my Xbox was the superb graphics unexpected if any game. Now i new why the game had been given a 10/10 at IGN.
The second thing was the amazing game play. The sand box gets bigger and better. Although i was a bit disappointed to see the lack of cheats for the original; most of them are available in the expansions.
I was also annoyed at the slow walking and fast tiring of the character, although it added to the realism.
The physics are also extremely realistic; if you shoot yourself with an RPG, you can go flying in the most oddest of directions.
Over all, a mesmerizing experience; with over a 100 missions and much much more available for the PC and PS3 and XBOX 360.
A very good game, deserves all of its glory as the heir to the acclaimed GTA series.
