The vocabulary game Word-Up is a game in which one has a certain amount of time to spell out as many words as one can. It is easy to see how this game can become very addictive( especially for the ones who have an expanded vocabulary list).
But this may all change when the price is revealed. In today's market there are many game distributors which sell an expanded variety of games for much less than 17 dollars. For just 17 dollars you are able to buy 3 games that have been out for a year or two. Not only is this game way too overpriced, it is also low on quality. With today's market of many word games, there are many word games that create a stunning interface which creates enjoyability of the one playing. To add to that, players of this game will not experience the best kind of gaming that is out there (comparing with free online games)
Overall, Word-Up is an average game that can pass for a free online game. The biggest flaw of the game is that it costs too much for so little. The game is not worth buying for there are many other games on the market which cost less and are more enjoyable to play.
