New Software To Be Reviewed Review
Coffee Tycoon (Youdagames)
You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Easy to play; Simple fun
Annoying menu sounds; Pixelated words and pictures
When starting off in Coffee Tycoon, things can be a bit overwhelming, due to the large amount of options available to you and the upbeat jazz music. After taking a minute or two of skeptically getting my bearings, I started to play. At the end of day 1, I had satisfied a small amount of customers and felt the need to make sure all of them would be happy the next day. I spent some money, and learned that you need "customers" to upgrade your Cafe, and craved more customers.
The Visuals:
The menu used between days is easy to use and responsive to mouse clicks, yet could easily be upgraded to look prettier. The words are all a bit pixelated as well as some of the pictures. The game screen during the work day is very clean, organized, and it makes it easy to keep track of what is happening in your Coffee empire.
Controls and Accessibility:
The game uses only the mouse, which makes it easy to use for anyone who has a computer with internet connection. The tutorial doesn't tell you much, but with some minor added time, it is an easy game to figure out.
Sound:
The sound is very good for this type of game. The music isn't too repetitive and is very realistic. However, the sounds of a crowded cafe fill the speakers, even when you only have a few customers. Also the menu sounds can be a little annoying when searching through the items.
Final Score: 70/100 I would definitely recommend this game to any casual internet games player just looking to waste some time.
