1)Reminder is bit confusing to set 2)Purpose of hyperlink is not clear. Is it supposed to open hyperlink in browser or open document, if it’s so it does not do anything. 3)Software price 64 $ is quite high and especially when there many equally good freeware options are available. 4)User interface (UI) is not attractive, more skinning option required along with system OS default one.
Here is VIP Organizer is application for those who want to organize there multiple daily task. An individual can go for VIP Organizer, and small work group or sohogroup for VIP Task Manager. One can organize daily & upcoming task & prioritize as well. Best part of it, progress can be tracked for each & every task percentage wise (%), however individual user may not be interested to see completed task percentage wise but just check the check box once completed, still this feature very important & useful for team & its lead or manager to track allocated task to resources, team member can be notified about their progress by email by configuring SMTP settings.
Filter for each column help user to filter with remaining & incomplete task, due to this user have freedom history of all task completed instead deleting.
Export option with different format is another strong point especially exporting in xml format which again very useful for IT people
Reminder feature can be improved more; only 24 Hr format is available.
