Pros: meate W3c standards uiltin HTML and CSS Validator Auto-closes HTML tags Auto-fills CSS code Dictionary of terms, attributes, and tags
Cons: litile bit Expensive Does not enforce title or alt attributes on anchor and image tags
I found this program to be very easy to use and it didn't require a lot out of my computer, so I was able to use it with other programs running. it helps you to stop bloating your code with lines...

Pros:
  • Takes really little time on learning to use it
  • Lots of features, but no need to use them all if you don't want to
  • Configurable interface
  • Updatable standards
Cons:
  • A little expensive

Pros: There are many other little goodies for editing, such as a Style Sweeper for reformatting your style sheets and the ability to view all styles relating to a particular (X)HTML tag or CSS rule. TopStyle can even upgrade your HTML to CSS by converting to CSS any HTML markup that has been deprecated in favor of CSS.
Cons: The software is too complicated to be used by newbies and it ain’t cheap either.
